ISS-Reshetnev exhibits in Madrid
Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems is taking part in the exhibition “Scientific, Technical and Innovative Achievements of Russia” in Madrid on 12-15 May within the 2011 Russian-Spanish Cultural Year Program.
The event has been organized to expand investment cooperation between the two countries, demonstrate Russia’s cutting-edge technologies and projects as well as promote exports of high-technology products. The exhibition is designed to show cooperation between Russia and Spain in the spheres of trade, finance, industry and economic development. As well as that, the event will feature large-scale investment projects in the fields of space, telecommunications, nanotechnology, energy and many others.
Russia’s leading satellite manufacturing company ISS-Reshetnev is exhibiting at the joint stand of Roscosmos (Russian Space Agency). At the ISS-Reshetnev stand guests and visitors can see models of the AMOS-5 and Express-AM5 telecommunications satellites; the Glonass-M and Glonass-K navigation satellites; the Loutch-5 A data relay spacecraft and the Gonets-M communications satellite.
Within the framework of the exhibition program, ISS-Reshetnev is also taking part in the conference “Space week” devoted to the achievements in the Russian space industry and the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s flight into space.
