ISS-Reshetnev to hold a conference for young specialists
The scientific and technical conference ‘Satellite and satellite system design, manufacture, testing and maintenance” dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s first flight into space will be held at ISS-Reshetnev on March 2-4, 2011.
The event will bring together undergraduate and postgraduate students, young scientists and specialists under 35 years old. Hosted by the country’s leading satellite manufacturing company, ISS-Reshetnev, the conference is designed to provide a platform for sharing experience and holding discussions about trends in the space industry.
The conference will include seven workshops, in particular “Satellite and satellite system design, spacecraft control, space research and projects”, “Electrical design and spacecraft control systems”, “Satellite structures, mechanical devices and subsystems”, “Advanced technologies and space technology manufacturing”, “Economic and management problems in the space industry”, “Quality of space technology products” and “Information technologies in satellite design and manufacture”.
The conference has become a regular event organized by Academician M.F. Reshetnev Information Satellite Systems for young professionals. Its main goal is to engage young specialists in research, design and engineering activities in the field of satellite manufacturing.
