ISS-Reshetnev team wins medals at WorldSkills Hi-Tech 2019
ISS-Reshetnev specialists have won three bronze medals at the National Cross-industry Professional Skills Championship WorldSkills Hi-Tech 2019.
At the 6th National Cross-industry Professional Skills Championship which took place in Yekaterinburg on October 28 – November 1, ISS-Reshetnev was represented by five contestants and four experts. They were part of the ROSCOSMOS team and competed in four skill categories.
The bronze medals were won by ISS-Reshetnev specialists: Alexander Shalkov (Technical engineer), Artem Kuznetsov (Prototyping), Ksenia Anisimova and Mikhail Volkov (Composite technologies).
Another ISS-Reshetnev employee, Vasiliy Shevchugov, who competed in the Engineering graphics CAD skill category, placed fourth.
This year’s edition of Russia’s major professional skills competition attracted contestants and experts from the country’s largest and most advanced companies who demonstrated their excellence and knowledge in the record-breaking number of skill categories. At WorldSkills Hi-Tech 2019 more than 800 participants from 57 Russian regions competed in 48 skills.
