The autumn council is being held at the JSC Saturn, in Krasnodar, under the chairmanship of Nikolai Testoedov, the ISS General Designer and Director General. The event has brought together representatives of the ISS cooperating enterprises to review progress of the developmental work being carried out under orders of the Ministry of Defence and the Federal Space agency. One of the keynote subjects is the GLONASS replenishment program status. The question of spacecraft quality assurance is also high on the agenda.
