ISS-Reshetnev’s invention among best in Russia
The Russian Federal Agency for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) included a solution developed by ISS-Reshetnev specialists into the Russia’s top-100 inventions list.
The list of “The 100 best inventions of Russia” covers the period of the 2019 year and the first half of 2020. ISS-Reshetnev Company in this list is represented by an invention “Method to ensure uninterrupted cooling in chiller systems with closed liquid cooling loop” whose author is ISS-Reshetnev engineer Andrey Shevchuk.
The invention belongs to the field of thermal energy and is designed to organize uninterrupted operation of systems with a closed loop liquid cooling and cooling machine (chiller) and provides simple and reliable protection of critical processes and cooled equipment in the event of chiller failure or power failure. The invention is widely used at ISS-Reshetnev in thermal and vacuum testing of satellites and helps achieve greater reliability and economical effectiveness (saving several million rubles).The list of “The 100 best inventions of Russia” is issued by Rospatent to reveal and commercialize advanced developments as well as to acknowledge and encourage their authors.
