ISS-Reshetnev Company implements its target training program (something like “company-sponsored education”) for talented school leavers on a wide range of education courses. In 2015, 85 school graduates have been enrolled at Russia’s top technical universities and will receive their education as part of ISS-Reshetnev’s target training program.
The company concluded contracts for specialist and bachelor training with ten universities among which there are SibSAU and SFU (Krasnoyarsk), TSU, TPU and TUSUR (Tomsk), Bauman MSTU, MPTI and MAI (Moscow), Ustinov BSTU (Saint Petersburg) and NSTU (Novosibirsk).
These students will receive state-subsidized education through a variety of specializations that ISS-Reshetnev has a need for such as: design, production and maintenance of rocket and space complexes, engineering technology, air and space craft control systems, radioelectronic systems and complexes, applied mathematics, information technology and some others.
The target raining program allows for additional scholarship to be paid for well advanced students. As well as that ISS-Reshetnev guarantees that on-the-job and pre-graduation training and also final research paper defense will take place at the company’s facilities.
Due to these target training programs ISS-Reshetnev Company every year takes on highly competent young engineers.
