ISS-Reshetnev at SATRUS-2009

The JSC “Academician M.F. Reshetnev “Information Satellite Systems” is taking part in the 14th Annual Conference of Satellite Communication and Broadcasting Network Operators and Users of the Russian Federation, SATRUS-2009, being held in Moscow on September 29-30.

The conference has brought together the country’s major players of the satellite communications and digital broadcasting markets, representatives of the governmental authorities, satellite manufacturers and on-board equipment makers, as well as foreign guests-the world’s largest satellite operators, telecommunications service providers and users. The event is organized by ComNews Conferences in partnership with the Russian Satellite Communications Company (RSCC).

The JSC “Academician M.F. Reshetnev “Information Satellite Systems”, Russia’s leading designer and manufacturer of telecommunications satellites, is participating in the conference as a general exhibitor. The company’s delegation is headed by Nikolai Testoedov, ISS General Designer and Director General, who will take part in the Space Communication Complexes workshop to give a presentation on the Express-AM5 and Express-AM6 telecommunications satellites. Besides, SATRUS-2009 guests and visitors will have an opportunity to see the renowned satellite manufacturer’s spacecraft models, such as Glonass-K, Glonass-M, Loutch-5A, Gonets-M as well as the advanced satellite platforms Express-1000 and Express-4000.
