ISS-Reshetnev’s employees represent some of the nation’s most experienced top-tier professionals, the “elite” researchers and engineers. They have a good knowledge of the whole spectrum of cutting-edge technologies and apply them to the process of designing and building modern advanced satellites.

Skills and competence of people working at ISS-Reshetnev have been recognized by international experts, but more importantly – a great number of satellite development and construction projects that have been successfully implemented by the company over the years.

The company has approximately 8500 employees. The average age is 43.

Ample opportunities to undertake further education and training as well as pursue science promote research and development activities and also help unleash creative potential of the company’s employees. There are 12 Doctors of engineering, 70 PhD degree holders, 9 professors and 12 associate professors working at ISS-Reshetnev Company. More than 100 people are undertaking postgraduate study.

Education and training
