ISS-Reshetnev’s employees represent some of the nation’s most experienced top-tier professionals, the “elite” researchers and engineers. They have a good knowledge of the whole spectrum of cutting-edge technologies and apply them to the process of designing and building modern advanced satellites.

Long-standing traditions and expertise of its employees enable the company to continue doing business in the highly competitive global aerospace market. Skills and competence of people working at ISS-Reshetnev have been recognized by international experts, but more importantly – a great number of satellite development and construction projects that have been successfully implemented by the company over the years.

The company has approximately 8500 employees. The average age is 43.

Ample opportunities to undertake further education and training as well as pursue science promote research and development activities and also help unleash creative potential of the company’s employees. There are 12 Doctors of engineering, 70 PhD degree holders, 9 professors and 12 associate professors working at ISS-Reshetnev Company. More than 100 people are undertaking postgraduate study.

Employees can send their children to Russian health resort centers to have medical care and treatment. In addition to that, the company partially reimburses interests paid by its employees on a home mortgage or part of apartment rental costs. Embracing its social responsibilities, ISS‑Reshetnev keeps widening the array of activities and initiatives it delivers to increase dedication, commitment and loyalty of its people.

Education and training

ISS-Reshetnev has an extensive multistep program aimed to provide education and professional development opportunities to the company’s employees with a view of supporting them in their professional growth and efforts to develop their professional expertise.
