Corporate social responsibility
ISS-Reshetnev practices social responsibility as part of it everyday business model, it is its integral part. ISS-Reshetnev is committed to increasing personnel efficiency, promoting teamwork and strengthening relations between the company’s management and its employees. These efforts include but are not confined to the following:
- assistance in professional development (further professional training, professional training and retraining, including foreign programs);
- fair wages;
- emotional and financial support to employees who encountered serious problems in their lives;
- promotion of employees’ health and well-being.
ISS-Reshetnev’s comprehensive set of measures to ensure workplace health and safety, organize corporate and entertainment events is successfully realized and constantly augmented with new social-oriented programs and initiatives.
Apart from providing professional support, the company strives to promote the highest degree of physical, mental and social well-being of its employees. For more than 20 years now, ISS-Reshetnev has been proving social services to people working at the company, which include its own health and recreation center, a special department dedicated to catering, various health resort centers. Employees can send their children to Russian health resort centers to have medical care and treatment. In addition to that, the company partially reimburses interests paid by its employees on a home mortgage or part of apartment rental costs. Embracing its social responsibilities, ISS‑Reshetnev keeps widening the array of activities and initiatives it delivers to increase dedication, commitment and loyalty of its people.
The company also runs a number of projects that aim to provide necessary support to ISS‑Reshetnev’s retirees.
